How FreNiMi tests tools and publishes guides

Useful content should explain what a product does, show its limits, distinguish evidence from marketing, and help a reader make a safer decision—even when that means recommending a different workflow.

Our commitment

FreNiMi publishes original explanations based on the actual behavior of its tools, direct testing, and authoritative technical sources. We disclose important limitations, avoid invented performance claims, keep advertisements separate from tool controls, and correct material errors when they are found.

Content must solve a real problem

Every tool page should help a visitor complete a defined task and understand the result. Every guide should answer a specific question that arises before, during, or after that task. We do not add paragraphs solely to reach a word count, create pages for keyword variations with no meaningful difference, or publish summaries that simply restate another source.

A useful page includes the details a person needs to decide whether the tool fits: supported input, expected output, privacy behavior, important limitations, failure conditions, and an alternative when the operation cannot produce the intended result.

How tools are tested

Testing covers the visible workflow and the downloaded output. Depending on the tool, checks include valid and invalid files, empty input, unusual dimensions, page order, file-size comparisons, password-protected documents, transparency, long text, download naming, keyboard controls, and behavior at mobile widths.

Privacy claims are evaluated separately from functionality. For tools described as local, we inspect the implementation and browser network behavior to confirm that the selected file is not included in a processing request. A local-processing statement does not imply that the page makes no network requests at all; page assets, licensing, analytics, or advertising may still use the network.

Claims, limitations, and uncertainty

We avoid fixed savings percentages, universal compatibility promises, guaranteed search results, or security claims that the product cannot demonstrate. If results depend on the source file, browser, device memory, output format, or external service, the page should say so.

Security and privacy guidance is educational, not a substitute for an organization’s approved data-handling process. Cropping is not secure redaction. Encryption does not correct a weak sharing process. Removing common metadata fields does not prove that a complex document contains no other hidden information.

How sources are selected

Technical guides prefer primary specifications, standards bodies, regulators, and official platform documentation. Sources support factual claims; they do not replace FreNiMi’s own explanation or testing. Product behavior is verified against the deployed implementation rather than inferred from a library description.

Dates and source links are reviewed when a guide changes materially. We distinguish publication dates from modification dates and do not change a date merely to make an unchanged page appear fresh.

Advertising and commercial independence

FreNiMi Tools currently does not display advertising or load an advertising-network script. If advertising is introduced later, it must not be presented as a tool control, download button, navigation item, or recommendation. Editorial guidance will not be sold to advertisers, and a commercial relationship will not change a documented tool limitation or safety warning.

Corrections and feedback

Material errors should be corrected in the page, schema, and related guidance rather than hidden in a social post. Visitors can report a functional problem, unclear explanation, accessibility issue, or factual concern through the FreNiMi contact page. Reports should identify the page, browser or reader used, and a non-sensitive example when possible.

We review published content when product behavior changes, a cited standard is replaced, a repeated support question reveals missing guidance, or testing finds an important limitation. Pages that cannot be kept accurate should be revised, consolidated, redirected, or removed.
