What we built

• A staff portal that runs all day on a shared tablet in each home
• A separate time clock where staff sign in with their badge and a PIN
• A staff rota that managers can plan without tying shifts to one resident
• Resident and compliance records kept apart for each home, with a simple home switcher
• Branded email for the team, including password changes inside the mail screen

• Event ticketing with proper confirmation emails
• Online giving through Stripe, with a finance page that shows the team what came in
• An attendance kiosk for services and events
• Birthday text messages sent each morning, plus a daily list for the office
• A staff control center and branded church email
