What we collect

This website collects limited information needed to operate and improve the service:

• Contact form: the name, email address, topic, and message you enter when you submit the contact form.
• Optional email updates: the email address you submit, the page where you subscribed, confirmation status, and relevant timestamps.
• First-party usage counts: the tool page visited and events such as selecting a file, completing a tool, viewing free-access information, or submitting the optional email form. A random browsing-session identifier is pseudonymized by the server so actions in one session can be counted without creating an account.
• Optional workspace information: recent tool names, saved favorites, visit times, and safe interface preferences such as output format, quality, color, or checkboxes are stored only in your browser. FreNiMi does not receive these local workspace records.
• Optional feedback: after completing a tool, you may choose a broad purpose such as work, personal, school, creative, or testing. This aggregate response does not include a name, email address, file, filename, or tool content.

FreNiMi's usage measurement is first-party and does not record filenames, document contents, tool inputs, generated output, passwords, hashes, QR content, or email addresses in analytics events. The on-site chatbot runs entirely in your browser and does not transmit your questions anywhere.

FreNiMi Tools file processing

The currently published FreNiMi Tools utilities process supported PDFs, images, text, passwords, hashes, JSON, and QR-code content inside your web browser. Those inputs are not uploaded to FreNiMi, retained by FreNiMi, or used to train any model. Your browser may temporarily hold data in memory while a tool is open; closing or refreshing the page clears that working state.

Some tools load version-pinned open-source JavaScript libraries required for QR and PDF processing. These libraries execute in your browser. FreNiMi does not send your selected files or tool inputs to those providers.

Advertising on FreNiMi Tools

FreNiMi Tools currently does not display advertising or load an advertising-network script. If that model changes, this policy will be updated before advertising is enabled so visitors can understand the third parties involved and the choices available to them.

Email updates

Email updates use a confirmation link so an address is not added solely because someone typed it into a form. These messages contain practical workflow information and product news. You may opt out at any time using the instructions in an update or by contacting FreNiMi.

How we use it

Contact submissions are used to respond to inquiries. Aggregate usage information is used to understand which tools work, where users stop, and which improvements are valuable. Confirmed email addresses are used only for the updates described at signup. FreNiMi does not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are retained as ordinary business correspondence. Unconfirmed email-update requests may be deleted after 30 days. Confirmed email addresses are kept until you opt out or request deletion. Pseudonymized daily usage counts may be retained for up to 13 months; aggregate totals that no longer identify a browser may be retained longer. Historical transaction records, if any, may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can use the free tools without giving FreNiMi your name or email address. Email updates are optional. The random usage identifier expires with the browsing session. To unsubscribe, access, correct, or delete information you previously submitted, email info@frenimi.com.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business and professional inquiries and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
