What we collect
This website collects information only when you choose to submit it:
- Contact form: the name, email address, topic, and message you enter when you submit the contact form.
We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking on this website. The on-site chatbot runs entirely in your browser and does not transmit your questions anywhere; it only answers from a fixed local script and links to existing pages.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are sent by email directly to FreNiMi's inbox (info@frenimi.com) so we can respond to your inquiry. Submissions are not stored in a database by this website and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages exist as ordinary email in our inbox and are retained the same way any business correspondence is, until deleted.
Your choices
You can also reach us directly by email at info@frenimi.com instead of using the form. To request that we delete a message you previously sent, email us and we will remove it from our records.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business and professional inquiries and is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
