Private browser-based PDF form filling

FreNiMi Tools reads the selected PDF's existing form fields and writes your entries back into the same document in browser memory. Nothing is sent to FreNiMi for processing, and no account is required.

This tool fills a PDF's own built-in fillable fields. It doesn't add new text anywhere on the page — for placing text or images on a PDF that has no form fields, use our upcoming Edit PDF tool.

Supported files and limitations

Standard PDFs with AcroForm fields: text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns, and radio groups.
PDFs with no fillable fields will show a message instead of a blank form.
Password-protected or encrypted PDFs are not supported.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded or stored?

No. Your browser reads the PDF, detects its fields, and writes your answers back into it locally, then downloads the result directly to your device.

What if my PDF has no fillable fields?

FreNiMi Tools will tell you no fields were found. Not every PDF is built with fillable AcroForm fields — some forms are flat images or plain text with no interactive fields at all.

What does "flatten" do?

Flattening converts your filled-in answers into permanent page content and removes the interactive form fields, so the PDF can no longer be edited through its form fields. Leave it unchecked to keep the form editable.

Does the filled PDF have a watermark?

No. FreNiMi does not add a logo, footer, or watermark to the downloaded PDF.
