How to sign a PDF

Add a signature to any page without printing, scanning, or uploading anything.

1

Upload your PDF

Choose the document you need to sign, then pick a page and placement.

2

Draw or type

Draw your signature with your mouse or finger, or type your name in a script style.

3

Download the result

Your browser places the signature on the page and saves the signed PDF to your device.

Private browser-based PDF signing

FreNiMi Tools draws your signature onto the selected page in browser memory and saves the result locally. Nothing is sent to FreNiMi for processing, and no account is required.

This tool adds a visual signature image to a page — it doesn't create a legally binding e-signature with identity verification or an audit trail. For contracts that require that, use a dedicated e-signature service.

Supported files and limitations

  • Standard PDF documents with any page size.
  • Draw with a mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen, or type your name instead.
  • Password-protected or encrypted PDFs are not supported.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF or signature uploaded?

No. Your signature is drawn directly onto the PDF in your browser, then the file downloads straight to your device.

Is this a legally binding e-signature?

No. This places a visual signature image on the page. It doesn't provide identity verification, consent tracking, or an audit trail the way dedicated e-signature platforms do.

Can I sign more than one page?

Not yet in one pass — sign a page, download, then re-upload the result to sign another page.

Does the signed PDF have a watermark?

No. FreNiMi does not add a logo, footer, or watermark to the downloaded PDF.
