Private browser-based PDF splitting
FreNiMi Tools reads the selected PDF and copies only the pages you choose into a new document in browser memory, using pdf-lib. Nothing is sent to FreNiMi for processing, and no account is required — check your browser's Network tab while splitting and you'll see no PDF data leave the page.
This tool extracts a page range into one new PDF per run. It doesn't yet split every page into a separate file in one pass — run it again with a different range for each file you need, or let us know through Contact if a true page-by-page batch export would help.
Supported files and limitations
- Standard PDF documents with any page size.
- Page ranges and comma-separated lists, e.g.
1-3, 5, 8-10. - Password-protected or encrypted PDFs are not supported.
Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded or stored?
No. Your browser reads the PDF and extracts the pages locally, then downloads the result directly to your device.
What format should I use for the page range?
Comma-separated page numbers and dashes for ranges, like 1-3, 5, 8-10. Spaces are ignored.
What happens to page order?
Pages are output in ascending order regardless of how you type the range, and duplicates are removed automatically.
Does the output have a watermark?
No. FreNiMi does not add a logo, footer, or watermark to the downloaded PDF.
Can I split a PDF into one file per page?
Not in a single pass — this tool extracts one page range into one output file per run. For a full page-by-page split, run it once per page (or small range) you need as a separate file.
